BET plans Benefit Concert to air..Sept. 9th

BET will team with the National Urban League and the American Red Cross for a telethon effort, set for Sept. 9. Marsalis and hip-hop heavyweights Russell Simmons and Jay-Z will be on hand to unveil details of that show at a press conference Thursday. Other rapper joinging BET in the cause will be David Banner and Master P.

Thirty seconds maximum for each emcee in round 1 and round 2.
